The evolution of Dynamic Body Stretching (DBS) began in 1996 when I started stretching my personal training clients. I quickly realized that many of my clients had limited range of motion, joint stiffness, imbalances and weak areas that could easily be helped by periodic stretch sessions and isolated strengthening.
I have been studying joint and muscle movement for over 11 years. During this time, I developed a computerized software program to pinpoint the imbalances and weak areas in my clients to be more accurate in their stretching programs.
I am very proud to be a part of the fitness industry and have created something that will help so many people feel younger, healthier and lead more active lives!
